A Lady has accused Lagos Instagram Influencer Egungun of asking her to meet at a hotel in exchange for an introduction to popular singer Zlatan, amid a growing controversy over his leaked video.
The accusation comes after Egungun’s wife took to social media to reveal that her husband was being blackmailed over the leaked footage. The scandal has triggered a wave of online reactions.
According to the lady, identified as @theboujeegirlie on X platform, Egungun made the request in 2020 when they were both students at the University of Lagos. She claims he invited her to a hotel in Surulere, offering to connect her with Zlatan.

She wrote: “Egungun of Lagos told me to come to a hotel in Surulere, saying he wanted to introduce me to Zlatan??? God will punish that boy 😂😂😂😂.”
The woman further explained the context, saying,
“We were at Unilag together, and this happened after Zlatan had just promoted him in his masquerade costume. He came to my hostel on my birthday, and we even made a viral video together. At the time, I was actively pursuing a music career, and we had become acquaintances.”
The woman confirmed that Egungun gave her a specific room number at the hotel, not just a general meeting area.
She added, “The person who gave me a room number??? Let’s just move on, 2020 was a long time ago 💀💀.”
