The young student’s ordeal began in August 2025 when an intimate video involving him and his 36-year-old teacher went viral on social media.
The disturbing footage showed Flexy in a compromising situation with Zvikomborero Makedenge, a teacher who was visiting Zimbabwe from the United States where she reportedly works.
Flexy has made it clear that he did not consent to what happened. According to reports, he confided in his sister about the incident, who then informed their mother. His mother immediately contacted the police to report the crime.
Court documents reveal that the alleged incident took place on August 2, 2025, in the Glen View suburb of Harare, Zimbabwe’s capital.
Makedenge was reportedly visiting a tenant who lived in Flexy’s family home at the time.
After the encounter, the teacher allegedly tried to silence the young student by making him a promise. She reportedly told Flexy not to tell anyone what had happened and said she would take him to the United States as a way to keep him quiet.
Makedenge was arrested and charged with statutory rape and sexual exploitation of a minor, serious crimes that recognize children cannot legally consent to sexual activity with adults.
The case is currently working its way through the court system, with prosecutors presenting evidence and the final judgment still pending.
Meanwhile, Flexy has shown incredible strength by choosing to continue his education despite the trauma he experienced.
The warm welcome Flexy received from his school community highlights the importance of support systems for young victims of abuse. His friends and teachers have shown that they stand with him, creating a safe environment for his return.
