The “Miracle” in Question
In a video shared by social media activist Martins Vincent Otse, also known as VeryDarkMan, Pastor David Ibiyeomie appears to command a man from his congregation to fall asleep.
Despite attempts by two other members of the congregation to wake him, the man remained unresponsive until Pastor David Ibiyeomie commanded him to wake up, at which point he did.
According to the video, the man was unable to wake up until the pastor gave the command.
VeryDarkMan, never one to shy away from controversy, reacted strongly to the video.

He questioned the authenticity of the “miracle” and suggested that Ibiyeomie’s actions were more about showmanship than genuine faith.

He specifically mentioned the fight against herdsmen attacks, suggesting that the pastor could use his abilities to eliminate terrorists and help bring peace to Nigeria.
